Participants become aware of their means of passionate emotional self-expression and habituate
the highest values that align with one's purpose. Offering a
new level of exploration into one's constructive emotions, this course helps develop a
more elated mode of feeling and a more genial way of thinking.

Course of Habituation
Continuing with the four cardinal virtues, this courses expands upon the key emotional competencies and skills that drive higher
performance as modeled by psychologists Salovey
and Mayer.
One
learns and consistently practices a higher mode of self-awareness of
one's energy field; controls their lower emotions and impulses; develops
a more sensitive and profound awareness of relationships; and increases
the ability to inspire, influence and manage conflict.
