'a course in Vitality' helps you expand your awareness of your body and its sensory mechanism, expands your ability to think accurately regarding the choices for health and most importantly, it expands your dual abilities to apply self-control upon the 'bad choices' and to apply 'initiative' on the good. By the end of this course, all these skills will become second nature and automatic.

What You Can Realize
This six week-long program is designed for self-actualizers who seek to create a permanent health solution for their life that begins from the inside out. There are two overarching goals in this course:

- to remove the negative habits that degenerate one's health;
- to re-define and establish a set of healthy habits that empower you for a longer and expanded life.

Your Course of Habituation
The program is based on the development of four
cardinal virtues for goodness and excellence, as originally identified by Plato: prudence, temperance, fortitude, and justice. Through readings into philosophy, psychology and personal development, individuals cultivate daily these four life changing virtues, through specific mental and physical exercises.

The habit of healthy living is engrained at a root level, as a holistic solution that encompasses all aspects of building a healthy body: knowledge, self-control, training and the right attitude. The expression of these four virtues leads to a permanently engrained health-consciousness that brings about fundamental vitality and the ability to perform much closer to one's potential.
